Who Are We? We are AnderKobes CPA, Inc – a growing CPA firm based in Castle Rock. Job Opening – Experienced Tax Accountant (Client-Facing)

We’re not your average accounting firm — we value balance, respect your time, and believe your career should grow alongside your life, not consume it. From day one, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping our clients navigate tax complexities while shaping the future of our firm.

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients, preparing and reviewing individual, business, and trust tax returns, and providing thoughtful tax planning guidance. You’ll also handle occasional audits, research tricky tax situations, and help clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

Be a trusted point of contact for clients — they’ll rely on you for both answers and advice.
Prepare and review corporate and individual tax returns (including medium-complexity cases).
Manage your own portfolio of 200–300 clients while collaborating with our small, tight-knit team.
Respond to tax notices and assist with audits.
Conduct tax research to ensure compliance and maximize client savings.
Maintain the highest ethical standards in every decision.

What We’re Looking For

At least 3+ years of hands-on tax return preparation experience.
Experience and understanding of Entity Tax Return Preparation.
Comfortable preparing both personal and complex business returns.
Strong communicator who enjoys working directly with clients (and not just behind the books).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Motivated self-starter who thrives in a client-focused role.
Committed to accuracy, ethics, and quality work.
Has a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
